Builder Portal

Terms of Use

Effective November 6, 2026 · Version 2026-11-06
These terms govern business use of the Plumb Builder Portal. By creating an account or submitting a registration, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the builder company you identify.

1. Authority and account responsibility

You represent that you are authorized to act for the builder company identified in the portal. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials, restricting access to authorized personnel, and notifying Plumb LLC promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. Accounts may not be shared or transferred.

2. Accurate and current information

You will provide complete and accurate information, upload authentic and current documents, and promptly correct or update information that becomes incomplete, inaccurate, expired, or misleading. Plumb may request supporting information or independent verification.

3. Permitted use and confidentiality

The portal may be used only to complete and maintain a builder registration and to communicate with Plumb about builder approval. You may not:

4. Submitted information and verification

You authorize Plumb LLC to store, review, verify, and use submitted information for builder registration, due diligence, project review, and related business administration. You also authorize Plumb to share relevant registration information and documents with lenders, investors, service providers, and professional advisers involved in those purposes, subject to applicable law and the Builder Portal Privacy Notice.

5. Electronic transactions

You agree to conduct portal activity electronically and to use electronic records, acknowledgements, and signatures. Your checkbox acceptance, typed signature, account credentials, and submission action may be retained as evidence of your agreement. You may download or print these terms and the Privacy Notice through your browser.

6. No approval or commitment

Creating an account, completing a registration, or receiving a portal status does not guarantee builder approval, loan approval, funding, project acceptance, future work, or any particular terms. Plumb and each lender or investor may request additional information, apply independent requirements, or decline a builder or project.

7. Portal availability and suspension

Plumb may maintain, modify, restrict, suspend, or terminate portal access when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, suspected misuse, inaccurate information, or business operations. You remain responsible for retaining copies of your own records.

8. Changes and questions

Plumb may update these terms prospectively. A material update will be presented for acceptance before a future account creation or registration submission. Direct questions or requests for a non-electronic process to your Plumb representative.
